LYNC 2013 control panel error: this page cannot be displayed

Dear sir,

Now i am suffering with the lync 2013 control panel problem, i cannot open it and got the error "This page can't be displayed" as below screenshot shows,

I've tried some ways, but still same problem

1. Reflush the dns, checked the A record and SRV record of the FE are normally.

2. checked the IIS and also cannot find any problem.

3, reboot the FE server/IIS, and AD.

4. i can open the console page normally via web :https://localhost/cscp

5. i can ping the FE server domain name and return the right IP info.

Please open lync Deployment wizard, and run the "setup or remove lync Server components". try to open the lync control panel after it finishes

Is this an enterprise edition or standard? If Enterprise, have you tried https://pool.domain.com/cscp?

What is the result of you try http://IPaddress/cscp?

Does the certificate have the FE/Pool name in it?

Dear Dattatray,

it's standard verison, 192.168.2.3 (Lync-front.domain.com)is my FE server IP/domain name, i tried https://192.168.2.3/cscp and https://lync-front.domain.com/cscp are show the same error. only use the https://localhost/cscp can work.    Does the certificate have the FE/Pool name in it? ---- you mean check the FE server certification? i am not sure, but please find below screenshot, i can find the FE name in the "deployment wizard"---"rquest install assign certification", BUT, i cannot find the FE name in the "certmgr.msc", i am not sure if the reason caused the problem, please kindly advise, thanks a lot.

You can run setup wizard to generate new certificate request and add server FQDN as Subject Alternate Name in the request.

The certificate looks fine. It looks like you are facing an issue with your DNS. Can you run ipconfig /all on the FE and post the results here?

Hi TECH-Tommy,

The certificate is under Personal store.

In addition, can you open the page via https://admin.domain.com ?

Also please try to clear IE cache and treat the FQDNs for admin, pool or FE server name as trusted zone.

Best regards,

Eric

Dear Eric,

i can't believe that it's just caused by the IE proxy problem, accidentally i found my IE proxy had been set up to be "auto proxy",  i'm really stupid to spend several days on it, but anyway, thanks to Eirc mentioned that maybe the IE probem, and also say thank you to everybody here to support me, i love this forum
