Hello everybody,

is it possible .?
HI Sunil,
I think only way to do this is to follow the below mentione steps:
1. take the back of your LYNC 2010 configuraiton
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh202160.aspx
2. Deploy the New LYNC 2010 servers on New domain ( make sure you preapre the domain first for LYNC if it is in same Forest) if not then you have to prepare schema also.
3. Restore the configuaration on New LYNC 2010 server.
This way you can achive it and also you not required any downtime.
Thanks & Regards

is it a domain in different forest? If yes, you are left with two options...
1) You can still use the Lync infrastructure from the existing domain. It'll be inter forest communication. Its a resource-user forest concept.
2. You migrate the Lync to the new forest.
Get the back up of contacts.
http://www.ocspedia.com/Misc/Explore_Dbimpexp.htm
create a new lync setup in new forest and import the contacts.
If you want to migrate the other objects (not required in all cases), follow this url

Hi,Sunil
Depends on your runtime environment, both resource forest and backup-restore in another domain should work but lots of works to do and you should take care of the data loss during backup-restore scenario.
Just for some suppplement links for the Lync backup and restoration.

However,I strongly recomend you work together with the Microsoft Premier Support Engineer to do cross-domain migration.

Hi Sharon,
I have some problem or rather procedure to migrate my Lync Server 2010 to another Data Center. Basically, there are nothing much changes except the Hostname and IP address. Currently it is running Lync Server 2010 SE with total of 270 users. Also, it is
only communicate internally.
I'd appreciate if you can help me on this area and provide me some useful tool or simple step-by step guide to get this complete. Of cause, I do understand, the process must in place correctly otherwise it will result long troubleshooting (problem).
Lastly, thank you in advance and really appreciate your expertise.
