LYNC 2010: Migrated user meeting issues

Hi,

we have two pool, POOL A and POOL B in different sites. main site is POOL A where CMS points and all DNS records for meeting URL and autodiscover records points to POOL A.

We have migrated user 1 from Pool A to Pool B. After migration whatever the recurrence meeting was scheduled by user1 previously when he was in POOL A , is not connected by any users exist either in Pool A and in Pool B  and getting below

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Error Server, Module " OCSAuthHelperModule" Could not be found

on Pool B LNC 2010 servers are newly installed on windows server 2012 R2 and we need to migrate all users from POOL A to POOL B. On both pool different public CA is in use.

Kindly suggest how to resolve above meeting issue

Can you confirm that conferencing is enabled in the topology builder for Pool B?  If not, could you set this and republish?  If so or if not, I'd suggest you rerun step 2 of the deployment wizard on Pool B as a first step.

Hi jitender,

Can the users who in Pool B schedule and join a meeting ?

In addition, did you select the Force check box when you move the user to Pool B ?

Note: If you select Force, the user account is moved, but any associated user data is deleted (for example, conferences that the user has scheduled).

And theres a similar case for your reference.

Best regards,
