LS Conferencing Attendant - 34060 Error

Can someone help me with this?  I know there were lots of similar questions about this but I still cannot find an answer.  This is the error that I see in the Event Log Viewer:

User failed to join the conference.

Cause: Administration issues.

Resolution:

Verify that Conferencing Attendant is installed in a supported topology and the dependant Front End servers are functioning correctly.

It happens only when user calls from outside of the office.  The user enters the meeting ID, records the name and, after it says that the user is transferred to the conference, the error: "sorry i can't seem to connect you to your meeting right now".

I can see that user appearing in the meeting for a less than a second, and user is disconnected.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I think you will need to get some more logs particularly from the FE server hosting the conference. If you use the Lync logging tool and select AVmcu,CAAServer, CASServer,SIPStack.

Also, before you try this do you have REFER disabled on the gateway Trunk? If not then disable it and try again.

Thank you for your reply.  I will try to run those logs tonight, but I have a question about the second part of your answer.

We are using AudioCodes 1000 MSBG.  I do not see the option to disable REFER.  How do do this?

Thank you.

Don't worry about disabling REFER as it is only a factor in certain topologies. Just start with the logs.

Honestly, I am not that good with logs, so I am not sure what am I looking for.

I saw a few errors when I run logging tool:

Few SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request and it did not give me the reason.

Also a few of each of the following:

SIP/2.0 503 Service unavailable
ms-diagnostics: 2019;reason="Report error service is not available";source="avserver.domain.local"

SIP/2.0 503 Service unavailable
ms-diagnostics: 2019;reason="Report error service is not available";source="userserver.domain.local"

SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable
ms-diagnostics: 10001;source="avserver.domain.local";reason="Gateway did not respond in a timely manner (timeout)";component="MediationServer"

ms-diagnostics: 10001;source="userserver.domain.local";reason="Gateway did not respond in a timely manner (timeout)";component="MediationServer"

Not sure what is that about gateway because the AudioCodes box does not have any problems.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Yes, all services started.  Also, I rebooted the server a couple of times.

Thank you.

I get the same thing in our Lync 2013 pilot pool.  Any luck on a resolution?
