After login I am getting message Key is missing !!! On the top of this small window is heading: Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\BVRP Software, Inc.\Modem on hold. What does it mean this message?

It's special modem software which allows the system (for example) to tell you if you have incoming calls while you're using the modem.Try to download any Registery Cleaner to solve this problem.Run also your anti virus to check your computer for viruses .Good luck
