We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Hi margarittamay,

Would please share us more details of the issue?
Are you coming across a BSOD (Blue Screen)issue? When did the issue start to occur and have you made any modifications to the machine before?

First of all, we could run "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth " to check the health of the system files.
If the issue occurred recently, we could perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous normal point.
If we want to analyze the issue deeply, please refer to the link as ZigZag posted to upload the dmp files.

Best regards
