Kernal Security Dump

I have had 3 crashes this month due to Kernel Security Dump Failures - I have the dump files but don't know what to do with them.

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry - that should be Kernel Security Check Failure

Upload the files to a file-sharing site and post the links here. The advanced users (who know how to fix it) will probably ask for these files first.

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

I have the files in my One Drive Public folder - how do I give you access?

Described in the wiki.  Right click the files>share>get link>copy/paste into your next post

When I right click the file in One Drive I don't get a share option - I am obviously not doing it correctly - can you expand your advice?

Thanks

Nothing to expand.  You need to right click the files  See snips   What do you see?

Finally worked out how to create the link but when I insert in the message and try to submit I get a message that I cannot do this until my account is verified!

Any help would be appreciated

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)
