I have an asus desktop.  The SD card reader does not recognize sd cards and does not show up as a driver in device manager.  Two sd cards work in other computers.  Wondering if it may be a windows 8 compatibility issue?

First,I need to know if this is a built-in SD card reader.

If so,we need to install the correct driver for SD card reader.

Please download the driver from ASUS website.

If you used a USB reader,please change other port to check the result.
