Hello, based on internet searches, I don't see that this DLL file belongs to Microsoft Windows. It is possible then that it belongs to a malware program. Please perform a full scan on your disks and uninstall all malware programs. Once done, perform a repair install of your OS. Not being able to find a dll file with a web search is a very strong indication that its name was randomly generated by a malware program. Did you remove any malware recently? If so, it's likely that although the malware was removed, a reference to it was left; if so you should remove the reference to it which you should be able to find in MSCONFIG.EXE Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP
