This hotfix for a USB driven video card/monitor actually makes that monitor freeze about once/twice an hour--then the systems pauses/hangs (mouse and all), then it resets the monitors after about 30 seconds. It hasn't crashed, but it's very frustrating. I just removed the hotfix. Any idea why this might be the case? How do you tell Microsoft that a hotfix actually worsened the problem it was intended to fix.
