huy im sorry abour my eanglish im from israel and i have a problem my computer has crashed for several times in this last few days its givven me this problem: "Windows Vista has stopped working properly. u need to install a hotfix KB976645" and than it gets me into this website http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=976645 i think its in hebrew but the main thing it says i need to install 1 of the 3 and i dont know which 1 fits my computer and it says if i install the wrong one it can cause more problems i need help thanks nofar

Hi nofar, please check your system is 32bit or 64bit : Rightclick on Computer --> Properties --> system type After that if your Computer system type is 32bit you should Download the First One, or 64bit you can download the second . Regards, MCP | MCTS | MCITP
