I really dont know what is going on, but when I install either KB967723 or KB970710 my network connections breaks. After installing I get RCP failed to start errors. I cannot run netsh commands. When I do, I get errors saying error loading dll files. I have done a lot of research about these errors, but I cannot resolve the issues. Does anyone know why this is breaking my NIC and/or my TCP/IP stack? As a note. I have a realtek RTL8168B/8111B integrated card. I did download the latest drivers.
