I've done EVERYTHING possible. Nothings worked. So I'm just going to post. When I try to use WU to get KB929777, I get a failure and error 8000FFFF. I don't need to restart, it doesn't show up on the list so I can't uninstall since it failed at the begining anyway. I've looked in my registry, nothing was there. No firewall or anti-virus is up. What is wrong with the repeativeness on these forums?

Remove the KB929777 through Window Update Wizard (click Installed updates -> Uninstall) and reinstall the update package.
