I ran (offline) CHKDSK f: /offlinescanandfix - found no error.

Then, I ran (offline) SFC /scan /offbootdir=f:\ /offwindir=f:\windows - found errors but could not fix

Finally I ran (online) DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:d:\sources /limitaccess - found errors and corrected them. 

Even though the corruptions were fixed by DISM, installing KB3055999 using the Windows Update application failed!

I repeated the process above, and even though the corruptions were fixed by DISM, installing KB3055999 using the standalone package failed!

So, there's nothing I can do; it's the WUTeam that needs to fix the update.

What else can I do, besides asking for a KB3055999 (and any other) fixed?

Clarification: this system is Windows 8.1 Pro, 4GB, 32 bits, Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5200, pt-BR.
