After last updates on several machines all downloads (even from own web applications) are marked as virus. after uninstalling KB3034196 this behavior stopped. Does anyone see same issue? Based on KB description it resolves security issue with JScript9.dll

security feature bypass.

By this description it doesn't look like the computer is infected actually.
