KB3033889 update freezing workstations for few seconds

there are some workstations having few seconds freezing symptom recently

not sure it is related to auto update KB3033889

some Japanese web sites report this error

hope Microsoft note it.  Thanks.

i wonder it related to IE

it causes explorer.exe hanged

now many workstations have this problem

Update 3033889 causes Windows Explorer to stop responding on some systems that use the Japanese IME

Thanks a lot

i think it does not limit to Japanese IME

We use traditional IME and i found similar error reports from Taiwan site

let me try your solution tomorrow
