KB2538243 patch installed but not found in Windows Server 2008

Hi,
In Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 OS server is updated with Auto Updates. However one patch (KB2538243) is not installed. However, I installed it manually successfully. Yet not found in either add-remove programs or SCCM. How to fix the issue?
After installing the patch, initiated all parameters available in SCCM's Action tab.
Up on trying to re-installing the patch, it gives two options (either to Repair or Remove) -- this means the patch is installed, right?
Give me the solution at the earliest. It's urgent.
Thanks for your support, in advance!
Regards,
Venkat.

You have landed in wrong forum. Either Windows Server or SCCM fora seems to be more appropriate.
Look into WindowsUpdate.log for more information. Try to analyze it. Second source of information is in knowledge base article here

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2538243
(proper version of files).
