Joining a Domain with Windows Vista Home Premium
I have just purchased a new laptop which came equipped with Vista Home Premium.I am trying to connect to the Domain at the office so I can use the printers at all the remote locations I service, but I have gotten the message that I cannot join a Domain running Windows Vista Home Premium. All the other computers on the domain are running XP Professional. Do I have to upgrade to Vista Professional in order to be able to add my computer to the Domain?

Yes, you'll need to upgrade. Windows Vista Ultimate and Business Editions include support for joining a domain. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929543 -- Eric Cross Microsoft MVP (Windows Desktop Experience) http://mvp.support.microsoft.com
