The first step to fixing any issue where Java is crashing is to ensure that you have the latest version of Java installed. You can download the latest version of Java from Oracle here.
If you continue to have issues, please provide further details in a reply. Specifically we need to know what version(s) of Java you have installed. We also need to know what you are doing when you experience a crash, such as:
- Are you running an application?
- Are you browsing the web?
- What browser are you using?
- What website are you browsing?
Are there any other recent changes to the computer like hardware or software?
