opened my user account. a window opened (document viewer)it started to open then quit, another window opened(microsoft.NETFramework)stating 'unhandled exception, it suggested invoking JIT debugging. Cannot find it. downloaded Microsoft ATS, failed to start because lts.dll was not found. Have to go into administrator account to download anything but pc refuses to let me log off of my regular account. Also MS.netframework window will not close no matter what I do. I just upgraded to MS sec. essentials last night. I have not deleted any dll, exe, or programs from pc.
