Issues with dragging copying/moving files and trying to use 3rd party file managers.
Has any1 had an issue with the drag and copying functions in Win7? I can only copy or move items by right clicking and dragging then selecting the copy/move option. I installed a couple of other file managers.. treacopy and burst copy, these don't work either. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Paradigmslost - Actually, no... I seem to be able to copy/move files by simply dragging them using the left mouse button. I can modify that by pressing the Alt, Ctrl, or Shift keys.Exactly what happens when you try it with the left button on your system?

Hi,Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.1.Switch to another available mouse to see if the issue occurs. 2.Try to copy and paste using Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Trydraggingwith another user account, yours may be corrupted. It's a bird. It's a plane. It's Mr. Seven.
