Issue with Service Host?

Hello,

It seems that I have had this problem for a while but lately it just seems to have gotten out of control. Every time I open an application my computer slows to a crawl because of one process called "svchost.exe Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted)". If there is any information I can give to help to fix the problem please let me know. Thanks in advance

Hi Hayden,
Will this service occupy much Memory ,CPU ,Network or Disk resources ?
Is the machine up to date?  To get a better performance of the system, please always keep it up to date.

Svchost.exe is a process on your computer that hosts, or contains, other individual services that Windows uses to perform various functions.
To troubleshoot whether this issue is caused by the third party service, we can perform a clean boot to have a troubleshoot. If the issue will disappear in clean boot, we can enable the third party service one bye one to capture the culprit.
