Hi daljeetrehan

Did you perform app troubleshooter as I suggested?

Did you try to contact your system administrator regarding this issue?

I suggest you reinstall the apps to test

the basic troubleshooting is done. Contacted sytem admin, he says there is no restriction on apps. The problem is only with one or two laptops. i reinstalled windows but still the same. Even if the laptop is not on domain. it show "X" on apps and there is one more issue. If i open internet explorer it is not opening and if i try open it as admin then it works.

Did you try with different user account (without domain login)?

Did you try to perform Windows update after reinstallation OS?

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2832072

I also suggest you to check if this is sync license issue, try the following:
1. Launch the Windows Store
2. Open Settings, select App updates
3. Click Sync licenses under the App licenses section

check as well with OEM manufactured if this OS comes from them

Did you deploy your OS?

Or this OS comes from OEM manufactured?

Sorry for long troubleshooting, its seems image issue since you already perform clean install

did you check time and date?

try this step, include clearing store cache

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/why-sign-in-windows-store

If you are using VDI try to disable it and restart Windows update service

you can also try refresh your PC

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

go to account setting and verify your Microsoft account once again, just to make sure

Yes I deploy the OS.

I download windows 8.1 enterpise from MSDN.

The date time is perfect.

When I run this command "wsreset.exe " it goes to windows store and keep on processing, nothing is happening after that.

did you have special software like CorelDraw?

since this PC connected to domain, try this registry

http://blogs.technet.com/b/ouc1too/archive/2014/07/22/windows-8-1-store-apps-won-t-open-or-close-immediately-when-logged-on-as-a-domain-user-make-it-stop.aspx

try to re-register windows store

type or paste the following command:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

hit Enter.

Now in that same Administrator Command Prompt type or paste: start "" "ms-windows-store:"

Try this image with others machine t
