I am having issue while installing Language packs on Windows 8.1 64 bit machine. I will tell you what i did,

I have a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine with default language preference is US.

I want to install different language packs on the same machine. I have downloaded language packs from below link

when tried to install Lang packs (Ex. Czech)i am getting the following error  " the update is not applicable for this computer"

Can you help me on this issue.

did you upgrade from win 8 to 8.1?

No. We just want to install Language Packs  on Windows 8.1 64bit machine.

Thank you for the information. The purpose i asked for,just want to download Language Packs and create a SCCM packages so that i can deploy on top of Windows 8.1 image. I could see some Langue packs can be done through Control Panel.
