Issue in remote desktop gateway
Dear all,
I have an issue in setup the remote desktop gateway. The error said, "This computer can't connect to the remote computer.
The two computers couldn't connect in the amount of time allotted. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support.".
Actually, my server is in data center and have 2 network adapters which one NIC uses for external IP and another one uses for internal IP. The port is only opened for 443 (no fixed IP) and 3389 (fixed IP). So that for unregistered network, I could not open
my server via usual remote desktop. To access the remote desktop, I need to configure it by setting the connection using remote desktop gateway. I have registered my server's IP in unregistered network under c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\host and have already
imported the certification to personal and trusted root certification from my server.
Do anyone know what the symptoms of this issue ? Did I miss something ? please advise.
Regards,
Afin
