Issue Report Problem
So I'm testing the Win7 beta 64-bit, and when I try to send an issue report, it asks me to sign in using my Windows Live ID. When I do so, it comes back with an error message "The given Live ID does not have permission to submit bugs for the Connect form defined for Feedback Tool, or the service is unavailable." That's not very helpful, now is it? Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Grumpster The way the Feedback Tool works is defined by the product Key you used to activateWindows 7. Please read the following thread. Where is the Send Feedback form described in the FAQs? For general comments, we also have a feedback mechanism in place on these forums. Take a look at the following thread. Have Comments about Windows 7 Beta? The feedback posted to that thread is periodically collected by the Forum Owner and sent directly to the Windows 7 Product Team, where it will do the most good. Go to that thread and simply click Reply in the first message to post your feedback. Hope this helps. Ronnie Vernon MVP
