Is this possible in Win 7: Using a Wi-Fi booster to boost weak signals in the network
I have a Wi-Fi booster that can connect to remote distance networks, and I want to share the Wireless Networks that the booster connects to all the local computers in its range (maybe in Ad-Hoc?). The computer that has the booster has it's own separate built-in Wi-Fi. Is this possible? For example, the booster gets a signal from Wi-Fi network A, and I want Network A to be broadcast to the computers who can't receive Network A's signal. I really don't mind how this is done, preferably without having to buy new hardware.

Hi RJD1983, Thanks for the post! The wireless network can be shared with or without ad hoc. Go to the Control – Network and Sharing Center – Set up a Connection or Network – Set up a wireless ad hoc (computer-to-computer) network – Type the Network Name – Select the Security Type (WPA2) – Click Turn on Internet connection sharing. If you want to share it without ad hoc, a third party software is need, work as virtual router. Theoretically, the booster could help you enhance the wireless connection. It depends on different situation.
