Is there a security program keeping my wireless printer from working?
We have multiple laptops in our house. Two of which are less than a year old and running with Windows 7. These two laptops are identical & bought within a week of each other. I have a Kodak ESP9 wireless printer that was installed on both computers. It worked fine until our telephone/internet modem went out, I had to remove & reinstall the printer program to get the printer to work wirelessly with the laptops. However, one will work and the other won't. When you click to print, the little balloon pops up showing it sending to the printer but it does not print at all. I have removed & reinstalled the printer programs numerous times with no success. It says it's connected but it won't print to it. I can't even send a test print page. I was told that it was probably a windows program running and intercepting the signal and not sending it to the printer. Is this the case and what do I do about it?

Hi, According to your description, I suspect that this is caused by any software conflicts, to elinimate software conflicts, I suggest you to perform a Clean Boot. Hope it helps.
