Is there a 3rd party hardware virtualization available?
Ok, I'm one of the unlucky ones who bought a Quad Core 2 processor expecting to have the latest greatest technology, but NOOOOOOO, I don't have hardware virtualization built in to my INTEL! processor. So, is there another way to add this capability with a 3rd party card or something?Jimmy Fallon Computer Assistance www.mainstreetchatham.com

Huh? How do you have a Core 2 Quad without hardware virtualization? All have it. There is a BIOS setting to enable/disable it. There is no "3rd party" solution for this, it is a chip/CPU level function. If you have no BIOS setting for it then the best you could do is a BIOS upgrade. I think the BIOS setting is usually called Intel VT or something like that. You have to enable it, save it then power down the computer and restart. Just rebooting will not enable it. The CPU has to power down. My system does an automatic power down/up when I change this setting in my BIOS.
