In india Orange provides SIP trunk for Lync. contact sujay.nijasure@orange-ftgroup.com This email ID I got when I contacted them for SIp trunk. so get more information from him.

Here is the list for Enterprise telephony serice and infrastucture for Lync,including qualified SIP Trunking Services, E911 Service Providers, Survivable Branch Appliances, SIP-PSTN gateways, and IP-PBXs.

You can look at it and check if there is any qualified SIP Trunking provider in India,if there is no one SIP trunking provider in India,you can choose the other option like direct sip or contact with Microsoft support team for more information.

plz do let us know if you want the SIP link for MS-LYNC.
as we can probably look at working out a connectivity for the lync solution- do let us know the locations between which locations & parts of the world.
