Is it possible to restore default admin rights in Windows 7?
Somehow I've managed to change some of the administrator rights and now I'm having issues starting services and installing programs that require access to the windows system directories. Is there any way to restore default administrator rights and privileges?

I found this command in the Vista forums: secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose However, somewhere in this .inf file it references a /windows/repair directory which does not exist on my PC. I am using Win7 (RC) Version 6.1 Build 7100.
