Is it possible to enable IPv6 name resolution while the only IPv6 interface is Teredo tunnel?
By default, RDP, for example, can not connect to IPv6-only host by its domain name.
Can I fix this?

It is impossible. The behavior is the same as in Windows Vista. Please see:
