Is it ok to work on the computer while essentials is scanning? Does it slow it down or cause it to miss things because I am continuing to surf the net?I don't have experience with MSE, but as a general rule of thumb, you should NOT continue to surf on the internet while doing a full system scan with any antivirus/antispyware utility.
