But I need the Windows 8.1 Enterprise free trial, but not the evaluation one, and I don't have access to VL, so I can only find the Enterprise non evaluation version there? Any advice?

I am afraid that if you need to download it from Microsoft (as I know, only can from Volume License center and MSDN), you need Volume license or contract with MSDN.
