Is file Perflib_Perfdata_a3c.dat in Temp folder a virus? Says it cannot be removed.
been having severe trouble for 12 days now and my SE is no longer working. Does anyone know if this file is a virus or Trojan or something?1 person got this answerI do too

Windows performance monitoring programs create files named Perflib_Perfdata_xxx.dat that can't be removed while the program that created them is running. You should be able to remove such files that were created before today. They don't indicate a virus.I'm not sure what you mean by "SE".
