Is SoftwareGoods.net a legitimate OEM for Microsoft software
I have gone to the website: http://softwaregoods.net and they sell Microsoft software (among other things). Are these guys legit? If I buy their product and ask Microsoft for updates, will Microsoft honor the license they provide?
They are also not forthcoming about how the licensing works. With OEM software, is the license tied to the motherboard so that if the motherboard fries, the license dies? Or, so long as you have your ISO image, have paid for the use of the license for one
machine, so you can reload and continue use?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Their prices are too cheap to be legitimate.
You can buy Windows 7 here:

Windows 7 Illegal Sales on websites
Many sellers illegally offer Windows 7 products for a very cheap price on some online websites. If you see Windows 7 being sold well below the retail price for only the Windows 7 product key and the install software is not included do not buy it. Of course
also watch out for cheap Windows products with the install media as well.

Difference Between a Full/Upgrade/Retail License and an OEM/System Builder License.
OEM licenses of Windows:
1) Are bound to the first computer installed on and can't be moved to a different computer.
2) Can not do an in place upgrade from older versions of Windows, only a clean/fresh install is possible.
3) Offer no free support from Microsoft.
