Hi JakubThe OEM versions are always a lot cheaper than the retail version simply because they can only be installed on one computer. Microsoft does not sell the OEM versions directly to the public, these are sold to System Builders who install them on the computers that they manufacture. They are also avilable from third party retail, and online stores. If you are concerned about the offer you are seeing, just check that store to make sure it is legitimate. You can usually find the information by searching for the stores name using your favorite search engine. If you would like to post the website address for that store, we can take a look at it.Hope this helps.________________Ronnie Vernon MVP

Ronnie, I know differencies between retail and OEM, but price is very low even for OEM ;) You can check it here www(.)steamgames(.)cz , section Software. It is in czech language, so here it is a quick translation (Google translator): ---- Description Digital Download Digital download means that you will be able to download the ISO image applications directly from a Microsoft server. Includes a language package, which includes Czech. ISO you can burn to DVD disc backup, or you can use the virtual drive. Activation key to activate the software installed. Your copy will therefore be certified with Microsoft and will be available to Windows Update. This is the OEM version. This means that the product can be installed only on one computer. Digital download is the most economical way to purchase a new, fully legal software. Low price is achieved by electronic distribution and further savings in fees on its way from manufacturer to end user. Note Digital Download original DVD directly from Microsoft will be allowed only once. Is a security measure directly from Microsoft. Read the instructions carefully and activation instructions to download the software after purchasing the product steamGAMES(.)cz. If you do not have good Internet connection, you can use our servers to a backbone network in the datacenter.

Hi Jakub This does sound suspicious. I have never heard of Microsoft selling an OEM version of Windows directly to the public and never seen them offer an OEM product for download. Just to make sure that it is legitimate, I would recommend that you call your local Microsoft office and verify that it is a legitimate website and offer. Here is your local contact information.Czech Republic Microsoft Czech Republic Home Page Microsoft s.r.o.BB Centrum, budova Alpha Vyskocilova 1461/2a 140 00 Praha 4CZECH REPUBLIC Phone: +420 2611 97 111Infoline and Hotline: +420 261 197 666 (from Czech Republic call : 841 300 300) Fax: +420 2611 97 100 Microsoft Czech Republic Product Support Let us know what you find.Thank You for using Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

I have never heard of Microsoft selling an OEM version of Windows directly to the public and never seen them offer an OEM product for download. Ronnie Vernon MVP Probably depends on country. In Romania this was allowed until november 2008. But only for sale in shops, not download.
