Do people who actually work at Microsoft read our posts about Vista quirks? I was wondering why they can't always address problems like the system tray icons acting funny etc.

Microsoft staff do come here once in a while. What is the problem with the system tray icons? You can hide or unhide them as desired by selecting customize.
