Is ICS in win7 won't reduce TTL value??
i was developing a software.... and when i set winXP as ICS host... i ping a ip from the test pc through winXP ICS host.. TTL is 58 and then i set a Win7 pc As ICS host.... i ping the same ip from the test PC through win7 ICS host.. and this time,TTL is 59. as usual....the package through a NAT device will reduce it's ttl value.... Is ICS in win7 won't reduce TTL value?? and when i send date through it , it still won't reduce the ttl value?? Waiting for the answers..........Zhangzhe
