Not to long ago my computer was majorly infected with spyware malware and viruses and everyone of them were deleted. I regained access to my internet and everything except my TCP ports and i was wondering what this means?1 person needs an answerI do too

Not to long ago my computer was majorly infected with spyware malware and viruses and everyone of them were deleted. I regained access to my internet and everything except my TCP ports and i was wondering what this means?its with programs that i have downloaded you know how you download mmropg games and other things that connect over the internet well whenever i use my ip somthing is blocking tcp ports and when i ping the ports it says it works perfectly.also when i ping the ports it times out every time
