I was on the internet just playing around when I got kicked of the web. A message pops up saying that I have symptoms of a virus. So I push the button to check it. It seemed to scan and show that I had 5 viruses in my computer. It has a little window that asks me whether i want to scan or dismiss. Either button causes another screen to pop up and scans my computer telling me the same viruses. Another box pops up stating that i need to pay $75 to delete the viruses. But since then i havent been able to get rid of the program. Its called Internet Security 2011 for Windows 7. My husband and his mother told me that we have some kind of program that blocks viruses. This message keeps popping up even when I turn my computer on in the morning, even when I'm not connected to the web yet. I have to hit Control Alt Delete to make it go away. But it keeps coming back. I am using a Dell laptop with windows 7 installed as the main program. I was hoping that someone could help me delete this program from my computer. I am not that computer savvy, obviously, so please pretend I am 5 years old when explaining. Thanks so much.
