how to use this device?

How to update the drivers and chipset for this device?

Computer is detecting my device, but it is saying as LIMITED CONNECTIONS?

try to update chipset and make sure there is no issue with network, try at different USB port, try with different PC (if any) to isolate PC issue

just find this device manufactured, they supposed to be have the manual. But normally plug and play device like this will be detected automatically, regarding chipset update try to contact your PC manufactured to get your PC details spec or go to your PC manufactured site and download there

this is consider 3rd party HW issue, you should  contact the reseller

Check to make sure you are using a USB ethernet adapter and not a USB extender.
