Internet problems (some sites not accessible) come and go
From time to time IE cannot access some internet sites.IE Displays "cannot access webpage".microsoft.com always works. google.com, search.live.com often do not. Network diagnostics wizard does not detect a problem (because it can connect to microsoft.com). Disabling IP6 did not help. Adding DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle=1 (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928233/en-us) seemed to help after a reboot, but after some hours the problem reappeared. I am using a D-LINK 624+ router. A Vista machine connected to the same router works fine.

I use a DLink 655 that works fine for 7. Your router probably works too. If you can open http://192.168.1.1 it should be OK. I would try clearing the IE cache (tools menu, 'delete browsing history')Rating posts helps other users Mark L. Ferguson MS-MVP

After some reboots a system restore and reapplying theDhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle fix the problem seems to have solved itself.Since a couple of days I can access all web sites without problem.
