hi! please help me with this. My internet connection started to act rather strangely. Every now and then it will be disconnected automatically. when i move my the cursor over the internet connection icon in my taskbar, it shown "connected". but when i click it, the icon would just flash once and vanish. i have to restart to get it connected again. Recently it's gotten a whole lot worse, the connection time is getting shorter and shorter. please if anyone can help!1 person needs an answerI do too

sorry im a computer idiot, but the modem is labeled "ADSL Modem 2/2+ DB102"

i think I've figured out what the problem was. the problem occurred ever since i turn off my firewall, now that i turned it on, everything back to normal. thanks anyway for those who are trying to help!
