My Airport Extreme connected my IMac immediately but I am not able to connect the PC side. The Airport Utility does not find "any Airport wireless devices". When checking the internet connection status with PC tools, the proper network is indicated and shows an excellent signal strength. The status is : "acquiring network address". However, nothing hapens.Under "Repair wireless network connection" it shows, "Windows is taking the following action: Renewing your IP address" Again, nothing happens.Under hardware I show Atheros Wireless Network Adapter and the notation: "This device is working properly"Still, no network connection. Any help will be greatly appreciated.1 person needs an answerI do too

Click on the Internet Connection Sharing tab and place a checkmark on "Share a public IP address".Step 2:If the issue still persists,uninstall the Airport utilityon the computer and connect through Windows Zero Configuration.a. Uninstall the Airport utility on the computer.b. Click on Start, click on Run, type services.msc in the Run box.c. Disabling firewall had no effect.'Computer Management' shows: "Atheros AR928X Wireless Network Adapter" and "Acquiring network Address" under 'Network Connections'"1394 Net Adapter" and "Connected, Firewalled" under 'Network Connnections""Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)" and "Disconnected" under "Under Properties for Atheros I get "Working Properly"Under TCP/IP properties:"Obtain an IP address and DNS automatically" are both checked.Windows Zero Config. shows a status of "Started". I also tried Refresh and Restart. Nothing changed. I still show "Acquiring network address".I am using WPA2 Personal security.Help.
