Internet conncection gone on desktop but still available on wireless router via laptop. What go deleted and how do I fix?
We deleted a bunch of stuff off our desktop and now the internet won't function. Modem is working propertly and the wireless router is ok. Laptop computer works. Is there anyway to diagnose what was deleted and what we download to replace?
