Internet access does not work on different user profiles
One user profile is able to access and browse the internet. Another profile on this system cannot browse the internet, but is able to ping sites (connection is active).1 person needs an answerI do too

Open this user account
Open IE
Top right corner left click on tools
then left click on internet options
on connections tab click LAN settings button
Ensure use a proxy server is NOT ticked
