Hello Divya et al,I think you may have misunderstood the problem.Under File, "work offline" is not checked.I think the bottom-line problem is that my wife's computer often loses its connection to the internet. Sometimes it switches on and off at short intervals, apparently by itself. Other times it loses the connection and I have to reset the modem and router. (I repeat, though, that my computer upstairs rarely loses the connection: she can lose the connection while it is still working for me).The issue with the Repair Wizard coming up every minute happened for awhile yesterday but is not happening now.And, P.S., can somebody please clue me, because the online info is confusing: can I or can I not get e-mailed when there is a reply to this thread? Also, I can't even find the part of my profile (or whatever) where I would "configure" my e-mail. Having trouble navigating this site in general.Thanks,flatcat47
