since when I installed some windows defender updates, I'm not able to access some specific websites; tcyonline.com is one of them. Everytime I try to connect IE cannot display the webpage and when I tried troubleshooting, it says website is online but problem may be with firewall settings. I'm totally clueless about what to do. Please help. And sometimes it diagnoses as theres some problem with DNS server 1 person needs an answerI do too

This is on Windows XP? Do you have SP3 installed for Windows XP? What kind of Internet connection do you have?
