Internet Explorer Favorites
I am administrator on my laptop. Internet Explorer will not allow me to create sub-folders, or add links to sub-folders in My Favoritres folder.
I am new user of Windows 7.

can you tell me what is the error that you receive when you want to create a folder in your favorites?
